Wildomar, California. August 13, 2008. Racing For Life today is announcing that we will be hosting a dual-sport ride (read that 2-wheel and 4-wheel)
to be held on September 20, 2008. The first annual fundraising ride, to be known as Idyllrock 2008, will start and end at the Tower Plaza in Temecula,
California. We will rock our way via back trails from the backside of Temecula to Idyllwild, starting at 7 AM with registration and check-in and a lite
breakfast. There will be only 75 spaces available for both 2-wheel and 4-wheel combined with a donation fee of $100.00. Click here for registration

- Barbecue lunch in beautiful downtown Idyllwild, California.
- The Dual Sport Ride
- Ticket to the 5 PM screening of FULL CIRCLE at the Temecula Valley International Film Festival
- After screening party next door at Scarcella's with live music.
Attendees will be treated to the beautiful scenery and street-legal trails in the San Jacinto Mountains. We will be celebrating our sport and the historic
film, FULL CIRCLE feature-length film featuring Malcolm Smith, JN Roberts, DIck Hansen, John Barnes and the rest of the Racing For Life Team.
So far Dick Hansen and John Barnes have committed to joining in the fun. Dick and John came in just minutes behind Malcolm Smith and JN Roberts in
that first Baja 1000 four decades ago. Dick and John both competed in last year's historic race with the rest of the Racing For Life Team along with
Malcolm and JN. They will be joined by Bill Silverthorn, 2x Baja 500 champ and other celebrity riders. We will be announcing them as they sign up.
The tentative day's agenda is as follows:
7:00 AM -- Meet at Tower Plaza Parking Lot. Registration and lite breakfast. Tech inspection (must be street legal with and present verification of insurance).
8:00 AM -- Leave on Idyllrock 2008. Poker run???
11:30 AM -- Arrive in Idyllwild for barbecue lunch and live music.
1:00 PM -- Back on trail to return to Tower Plaza in Temecula
4:00 PM -- Last bike and 4-wheeler arrives in Temecula. Parade around parking lot in front of festival and 3,000 fans.
5:00 PM -- Screening of FULL CIRCLE at Tower Plaza Cinema
6:00 PM -- Post-screening celebration at Scarcella's next door with live music.
It will be a long day for some of you. But it will be a lot of fun. The net proceeds from the ride will benefit The Rider Down Foundation www.riderdown.
org\. The film festival will be running all day, so bring the family and have a great time. If they participate ride in Idyllrock 2008, they can hang out at
the festival, watch lots of movies and have a great day too!

FULL CIRCLE NOMINATED TO APPEAR IN THE Temecula Valley International Film Festival

accepted to the Temecula Valley International Film Festival
(www.tviff.com). The festival, in its 14th year, will be held at the Tower
Plaza located at Ynez Rd. and California Oaks Road, Temecula,
California from September 17 to 21, 2008. FULL CIRCLE will be
showing on the big screen on Thursday evening, time TBD, and on
Saturday, September 20 at 5 PM.

Rider Down, Our Featured Charity
In our third season, we have decided to focus on worthy causes that
directly benefit our offroad sport. In keeping with this spirit, we are proud
to announce that we will be supporting The Rider Down Foundation
(www.riderdown.org) in 2008. Rider Down is a non-profit organization
dedicated to helping responsible off road motorcyclists and ATV racers
who have been injured while riding. Proceeds are used to provide
assistance to the riders and their families when faced with medical
expenses and related issues.

Attendance has grown from 600 in 1995 to 14,000 in 2007. Media coverage is extensive and global, boasting of over
15,000,000 media impressions worldwide. Over 700 films screened from more than 20 countries since 1995. Over 300 film
makers, musicians, producers, directors, writers, judges, composers, arrangers, agents, publicists, cast and crew
participated in the 2006 festivities.
This year Oscar-nominated and Emmy award-winning actress, Gena Rowlands will be honored with its Lifetime Achievement
Award, recognizing her remarkable talent and significant contributions and accomplishments as an Actress in Film and
legendary music producer, writer and founder of Curb Records, Mike Curb, as the Lifetime Achievement Award in Music
recipient for his substantial body of work and commitment to the art and growth of independent music. Rowlands and Curb
will be honored at a black tie gala on the festival’s closing night, Sunday, Sept. 21st at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in
Temecula, Calif.
